Gliss Canada Limited terminated its licence agreement with Silent Gliss International Ltd. to sell
Silent Gliss products in Canada.

Effective January 1st 2009, Urban Edge Shading Inc. , a new company with all former employees
of Silent Gliss Canada Limited has taken over the business of Silent Gliss Canada Limited in the
residential and commercial window treatment industry as well as in the health care field. In the
process, the relationship with Silent Gliss International Ltd. is being discontinued and most of the
products previously sold under licence from Silent Gliss International Ltd. have been replaced
with other exciting and innovative new systems.

Our current location and infrastructure will remain the same and our entire staff in sales,
administration and production will continue to be there to serve you as in the past. Our telephone
